When you download, install, start, browse, register, log in or use our Platform or Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “using our Platform or Services”), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with this policy. We try our best to explain to you the technical terms covered by this policy in a clear and concise manner so that you can understand them.

1. Information We Collect

We will follow the principles of what is rightful, legal and necessary to collect and use the personal information that you provide to us, obtained by us from third party and automatically collected during you use of our Services.

If we want to process your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use the information we have collected for other purposes based on a particular purpose, we will, where required by applicable privacy laws, notify you in a reasonable manner and seek your consent again before using it.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you register on the Platform, complete your profile, create or join a room, make a purchase or contact us, you provide us with some or all of the following information:

• Account and Registration Information. Your mobile phone number and the verification code sent it, the country or region you select and, where you choose sign in with a third-party account, the account information made available by that provider (for example, the email address associated with your Facebook, Google or X account).
• Profile Information. Your username, profile avatar, gender (if you choose to disclose it), date of birth and the bio you write.
• Region. The region you select before login or change in your profile settings.
• Customer Service and Feedback Information. When you contact our customer service team or provide feedback, we may collect your communications with us and the information and materials you provide, including contact details and information or documents used for verification purposes.

1.2 Information We Receive from Third Parties

You may choose to create or sign in your 4Fun account using a third-party account, such as Facebook, Google or X. Where you do so, we receive the information that the third party makes available us in accordance with your settings on that platform, which typically includes your email address and basic public profile information. We do not receive or store your password for any third-party account.

1.3 Information We Collect

When you use the Services, we collect certain information about your device, your use of the Services and the content you interact with. This includes:

• Device and Application Information. We may collect information about your device and application, such as your device identifier, device model and type, operating system version, mobile carrier, network type and quality, IP address, language and region settings, SIM card region, screen resolution, device hardware information, advertising identifiers, app/client version, distribution channel, push notification token, crash and cache information, and app runtime duration. The specific information collected may vary depending on your operating system and app version.
• Usage and Interaction Information. We may collect information about how you use and interact with our Platform and Services, including but not limited to how you engage with the Platform, how you interact with content or post, how you interact with chatrooms (including rooms you joined in, durations of your stays in rooms), how you interact with Virtual Items.
• Room Information. When you create a chatroom, we may collect the name, announcements, public or private status and icon of the chatroom.
• Communication and Content Information. We may collect messages, images and other content you submit or share through our Services, including private messages, chatroom messages, posts, comments and related media. We may also collect related metadata, such as timestamps, room identifiers and message recipients. When you report a voice chat, we may collect relevant voice chat data for the purpose of handling and reviewing your report.
• Payment and Transaction Information. We may collect information relating to transactions made through our Platform and Services, including order details, product information, transaction amounts and currencies, purchase dates, payment methods or channels, and payment status.
• Virtual Items and Event Information. We may collect information about your participation in activities and events, rewards earned or distributed, and your acquisition and use of Virtual Items, such as virtual gifts, virtual currency, membership benefits and virtual frames.
• Customer Support and Feedback Information. When you contact us for support or provide feedback, we may collect relevant technical information, such as device, application and network information included with your support request.
• Marketing and Tracking Information. We may collect information relating marketing communications and tracking, such as records of marketing SMS messages sent, referral source URLs, user content preferences, and advertising identifiers and related tracking authorization status.
• Device Permissions. During the provision of Services to you, we may request or access certain device permissions, such as the access to your camera, mobile album, microphone, notifications or network status. You can review and close these permissions in your device settings at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Platform and Services, based on your consent, for performance of the contract between you and us or third parties, for complying with our legal obligations, or for pursuing our or third-party legitimate interest (if applicable).

In particular, we use your information to:

• provide, operate and maintain our Platform and Services, including enabling users communicate and interact with one another and ensuring content is presented appropriately for users and their devices.
• understand how you use the Platform, including across your devices.
• infer additional information about you, such as your age range, gender, and interests.
• maintain content quality, enhance user experience, provide personalized recommendations and content experiences, conduct data analysis and research, and improve and develop our products, features and Services.
• enable users participate in Virtual Items activities and use interactive features of our Platform, including purchasing, sending, receiving and using Virtual Items.
• process transactions, manage orders, verify payment status and reconcile payments.
• maintain community order and enforce our Terms of Services, Community Policy and other applicable policies, including detecting, preventing, investigating and addressing abuse, fraud, cheating, impersonation, policy violations and other potentially harmful or unlawful activities.
• protect the security, integrity and stable operation of our Platform and Services, including identifying security risks and preventing, detecting and responding to attacks and other threats.
• communicate with users, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and handle feedback, complaints and reports.
• deliver targeted advertising where applicable, conduct marketing activities, measure advertising performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
• comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, safety and legitimate interests of our users, our company and others, where permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable privacy laws, we may collect and process your personal information without obtaining your consent where another lawful basis for collecting and processing applies or where an exemption from the consent requirement is available under applicable law. Such circumstances may include, processing that is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the vital interests of you or another person, perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into a contract, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, protect the security and integrity of our Platform and Services, or meet other requirements or exceptions recognized under applicable law.

Where we rely on such a lawful basis or exemption, we will collect and process your personal information only to the extent permitted by applicable law and for the relevant purpose. The availability of any such basis or exemption will depend on the applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the processing.

3. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Information

We share your information with third party service providers who help us deliver the Platform, such as cloud storage providers. We also share your information with business partners, other companies in the same group as 4Fun, content moderation services, measurement providers, advertisers, and analytics providers. Where and when required by law, we will share your information with law enforcement agencies or regulators, and with third parties pursuant a legally binding court order.

3.1 Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party companies, agents and contractors (“Service Providers”) to perform services on our behalf or assist us in providing the Services to you. The services they provide include fulfilling order, processing credit card payments, analytics, security, data storage and cloud services, customer services, supporting our functionality, and other features offered through our Platform. These Service Providers may have access to your information needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or process such information for any other purposes. Please note that the use or processing of your information by these Service Providers may be subject to their own privacy policies and terms of services. We take appropriate measures to manage our relationships with these third parties. However, to ensure the maximum security of your information, we recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.

3.2 Sharing with Other Third Parties

With your consent or otherwise permitted by applicable laws, we may share your personal information with other entities where necessary to operate, maintain and improve our Platform and Services, provide a consistent user experience across our services, prevent and address unlawful or abusive activities, and provide user support. • You may share your personal information or other information with third parties (including non-specific objects) based on the Platform by yourself. However, we shall not be liable for the disclosure, use and other related situations of information caused by your sharing behavior.

Transfer is the transfer of control over your personal information to another company, organization or person. We will not transfer your personal information to any other company, organization or person unless we obtain your explicit consent. However, the following circumstances are excluded:

• We have obtained your consent in advance.
• It is proposed by yourself.
• If there is a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency proceeding or other similar business transaction of us, it may involve the transfer of your personal information. In this case, we will inform you of the relevant situation and require the new company, organization and person holding your personal information to continue to be subject to this policy. 3.4 Public Disclosure

• Public disclosure refers to making information available to the public or an unspecified group of people. We may make certain information and content available to other users or the public in the following circumstances:
• We will show necessary information on leaderboards and when announcing prize winners or issuing penalty notices.
• Certain information on your profile, such as your username, profile photo, bio, gender, age, region, level, badges, may be visible to other users, depending on your profile settings and the relevant features of the Platform.
• When you create or join a room, your profile information and activities within that room may be visible to other users in the room, including messages you send and your voice contributions while speaking.
• Your room information may be visible to other users on our Platform. You may also share your room through third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp and Facebook, or with your friends on our Platform, where these sharing options are available.
• When you publish a post or comment, or like or send a virtual gift to other users in the chatroom, the relevant content or activity may be visible to other users or the public.
• We have obtained your explicit consent.

Please note that if your profile or content is publicly accessible on the Platform, it may be viewed, copied or shared by other users. Publicly accessible content may also be accessible to third parties, such as search engines, content aggregators or other websites. We cannot guarantee that such third parties will not copy, retain or further distribute publicly accessible content.

3.5 Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other organizations if legally required do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to:

• comply with a legal obligation, process or request.
• enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies and standards, including investigation of any potential violation of them.
• detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues.
• protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

4.1 Where We Store Your Information

The personal information we collect from you may be stored on servers located in Singapore, outside of the country where you live. We maintain major servers around the world to bring you our Services globally and continuously.

4.2 How Long We Keep Your Information

We will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Once the relevant purposes have been fulfilled or the applicable retention period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless further retention is necessary or permitted under applicable law, including where necessary to comply with legal obligations, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users’ safety and security, or demonstrate our compliance with applicable law.

The so-called “anonymize” refers to the process in which the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be recovered through the technical processing of personal information. The information obtained after anonymization of personal information does not belong to personal information.

• After your account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your profile is no longer viewable on the Platform. For up to 30 days after the initiation of deletion, you may be able to restore your account if it was deleted accidentally or in error. After this period, we will begin the process of deleting or anonymizing your personal information from our systems, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information under applicable law or where retention is otherwise justified by a lawful basis.

If we cease operating the Platform or providing our Services, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner, notify you through a service announcement or other appropriate means, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold, subject to any retention requirements or other lawful grounds for retention under applicable law.

4.3 How We Protect Your Information

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and industry standards, to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure.

Our security measures are designed to address the risks associated with the processing of personal information and may include access controls, personnel management and training, and appropriate standards and procedures for data security and the storage and use of personal information. We also take reasonable steps to ensure that we collect only personal information that is relevant to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Please keep your account and password information confidential and secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, which may include data backups, password protection and other appropriate security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We maintain procedures for identifying, responding to and managing security incidents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If a security incident involving your personal information occurs, we will take appropriate steps to address it and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

You may have certain rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. Some of these rights only apply in certain circumstances, and the rights available to you depend on the laws of the country where you live. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before responding to any request to exercise your rights.

5.1 Access and Correction

You can access and correct most of your profile information by signing in to 4Fun at any time. If you would like to access other information we hold about you, or correct information that you cannot update yourself, please contact us at support@spread-fun.com. We may be unable to provide certain information where doing so would adversely affect another person's rights, for example, by revealing information about another user.

5.2 Deletion

You can use the “Delete” button to remove content that you have posted to your account. Once deleted, such content will no longer be accessible to other users through the Platform, subject to any copies previously made or retained by others.

You can delete your account by going to “Settings - Account - Delete Account” at the bottom of the page, or by contacting us at support@spread-fun.com. It may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your request to complete the account deletion process. Once your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the associated personal information, except where further retention is necessary or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may remain accessible if the information was previously shared with, copied or stored by other users or third parties. We cannot control how other users or third parties retain or use such copies. If you have granted third-party applications or websites access to your personal information, they may continue to retain or process that information in accordance with their applicable terms of service and privacy policies.

5.3 Withdrawal of Consent

If certain of our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at support@spread-fun.com. For the device permissions you authorized, you may change or withdraw your device permissions via the device’s operating system. We will collect personal information according to your settings of changing or withdrawing permissions.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, we will no longer collect such related information, but please note that this will render some or all of the functions unavailable. At the same time, your decision to change or withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of your personal information that we previously conducted based on your consent.

5.4 Obtain Copy of Information and Data Portability

If you need to obtain a copy of your personal information on the platform, you may contact us at support@spread-fun.com, and we will reply to you in time after verifying your identity.

For security and identification reasons, you may not be able to directly access, correct or delete some information through the interactive interface of 4Fun. If it is necessary for you to access, modify or request to delete such information according to laws, please send your questions to support@spread-fun.com. We will review the problems involved as soon as possible and reply to you in time after verifying your identity.

5.5 Objection

Certain jurisdictions may confer your right to object to certain of our personal information processing. You may exercise your right to object by contacting us at support@spread-fun.com.

5.6 Not to be Subject to Processing of Automatic Decision-Making of Information System

In some service functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms such as information system and algorithm. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation and object automated decision making, or not to be subject to automated decision-making by contact us at support@spread-fun.com.

5.7 Lodge a Complaint With a Supervisory Authority

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of data protection. We attach great importance to the protection of users’ privacy. If you have any comments or suggestions about us, you can send them to us. We are very happy to communicate with you and address your concerns.

6. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our Service Providers and business partners use cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect information about your use of our Platform. We use these technologies to analyze user activity, improve user experience and our Services, and deliver targeted advertising on our Platform and across devices. Our advertising and analytic partners may also use these technologies to collect information about your online activities and associate it with information about you across devices.

You can choose to refuse or disable cookies through your browser settings. For targeted advertising in mobile applications, you may also be able to opt out through your device settings or applicable app permissions. Please note that these choices may apply only to the browser or device on which they are made. If you refuse or disable cookies or similar technologies, some features or functions of our Platform may not work properly.

7. Children and Minors

Our Platform and Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or such higher minimum age as may be required under the laws of the country or region in which they reside (the “Minimum Age”). Individuals under the Minimum Age are not permitted to create an account or use our Services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the Minimum Age. If we become aware that an individual under the Minimum Age has created an account or provided us with personal information, we may suspend or terminate the relevant account and take appropriate steps to delete the relevant personal information, in accordance with applicable law.
